★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチでリブステーキを注文しました。税込み1500円で、あの美味しさなら大満足です。コストパフォーマンスは最高です。お昼時だったので、混雑していましたが、シェフの手際が良いので、そこまで待つ感じでもありません。テーブル席4人掛けが一つと、カウンター席6席の小さな店内ですので、ランチ時に待ちたくなければ11時30分頃に来店することを、お勧めします。
 I ordered a rib steak for lunch. It's 1500 yen including tax, and I'm very satisfied with that deliciousness. The cost performance is the best. It was lunchtime, so it was crowded, but the chef's skill is so good that I don't feel like waiting that long. There is one table seat for 4 people and 6 counter seats in a small store, so if you don't want to wait for lunch, we recommend that you come to the store around 11:30.

カウンター9席と4人がけのテーブルが一つだけ。
席数が少なく、ご夫婦？二人で切り盛りされているので混むときは混みます。
接客はアットホームですごく感じがよく丁寧。
背丈高めのパーテーションで区切られていて、お客さん退店毎に丁寧に消毒されてました。
パーテーションのせいで厨房からサーブできずお店の方大変そうでした。
ハンバーグをいただきました。
注文入ってから丸めて焼いてオーブン入れてと手間かかってますがサーブまでそんなに時間はかかりませんでした。
肝心のハンバーグですが中々の大きさ。
ソースに使っている赤ワインがタンニン強めなのか苦味を強く感じました。
人によってはこのビターな感じは苦手な方もいるかも。
特に子供は苦手だと思うので子連れさんはソース別皿で頼んだりしたほうが良いかもしれません。
大人にとっては良いコクですね。
夜はお酒飲みながら洋食と特に酒飲みながらとかを意識した大人の味付けなのだと思いました。
残念なのは付け合せのエビフライ。
エビフライは冷凍でしょうか。
ヒョロヒョロとした衣だけのエビフライ。
夕食屋さんのエビフライと言ったら、もうごちそう、付け合せとなってもそれはもう一人の主役なはず。
こんなエビフライを出すなら一本にしてもう少しまともにするとか、コスト的に難しければ手作りのクリームコロッケやコロッケにするとか、もうエビフライの付け合せはなしにしてもう少しハンバーグ大きくするとかした方が良いかなと感じました。
とはいえ決して高い値段ではなくリーズナブルなお値段設定なので仕方ないかな。
安く美味しくお腹を満足してという町の洋食屋さんの気概。
だからこそ少し勿体無いなと感じました。
次はステーキをいただいてみたいです。

I strongly felt the bitterness of the red wine used for the sauce, probably because of the strong tannins.
Some people are not good at this bitter feeling.
I think children are not particularly good at it, so it may be better for children with children to order with a separate sauce plate.
It's a good body for adults.
At night, I thought it was an adult seasoning that was conscious of Western food and especially drinking while drinking.
Unfortunately, the fried shrimp is a side dish.

よく食べるのは、リブロインステーキ、チーズハンバーグ、デミグラスのオムライスだ。
・リブロインステーキ
お肉はアメリカ産らしいがその中でもランクがあるらしく、このお店で出しているリブロインは最高位らしい。
赤身と脂身が程よく、アメリカ産とは思えないほどかなりジューシーで美味い。
噛めば噛むほど旨味の汁が口の中で広がる。
・チーズバンバーグ
今まで食べたハンバーグの中でここのが1番好き。
お肉を切ると肉汁がまるで滝のように噴き出す笑
あとデミグラスソースは少しビターでコクがあり大人な味。
・デミグラスのオムライス
オムライスの中でここが一番好き。
チキンライスは味がしっかりしていてうまし、卵はふわとろで、そこにデミグラスがかかり最高に美味い一品である。
