C	CHAINHAN SHENG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 無法推薦這家ShareHouse公司，在他們旗下的東京小岩SH住了三年，最後要搬家前三個月，碰巧契約需要再更新，結果被M姓女專員突然告知房租漲價，除了我以外還有其他室友也受害，有一位室友跟我一樣在退租臨前三個月，被告知共益費調漲，然後退租後又被通知說有房租未繳紀錄，另外一位室友也是，退租後回國，才收到這位M姓專員的來信告知有未繳金額，但這些都是M姓專員自己的作業疏失，並不是我們應該要繳或未繳。另外，我不小心造成屋內設施損壞需要賠錢，一開始說好的賠償金額，卻在所有賠償事項談妥、施工也完成了、要付款前才有改變賠償金額，依然是沒有事先告知就隨意改金額。不知道這是M姓專員自己的作為，還是公司下的指示，不管怎樣都已經很難讓人再相信這間公司，真心不推薦！！！！！ I ca n’t recommend this ShareHouse company. At the beginning, I said that the compensation amount was good, but all compensation items were negotiated, construction was completed, and the compensation amount was changed before payment. It was still arbitrary without prior notice. Change the amount. I do n’t know if this is the act of Commissioner M or the company ’s instructions. In any case, it is difficult to make people believe this company anymore, I really do n’t recommend it! !! !! !! !!
