★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大田さんという年配の女性に接客していただいたが、所作や説明がとにかく雑。契約後、重要書類のコピーを鷲掴みにするようにまとめ、ぐしゃぐしゃの状態で渡され気分が悪かった。細やかに気を遣う必要はないが人前に出ている以上、社会人として最低限の応対はしていただきたい。他の方の印象が良かっただけに残念。
 I had an elderly woman named Mr. Daejeon serve customers, but the behavior and explanations were just miscellaneous. After the contract, I put together a copy of important documents so that I could grab it, and it was handed over in a messy state and I felt sick. You don't have to be careful, but as long as you are in public, I would like you to take the minimum amount of support as a member of society. It's a shame because the other person's impression was good.
