大学のサークルの打ち上げで使わせてもらいました!とにかく安い!こんなに安くてカラオケ、ダーツもできて飲み放題のお店はなかなか無いと思います!フードもボリュームがあって最高です!また使いたいです!
I was asked to use it at the university circle launch! Anyway it's cheap! I think that there is not quite a cheap, karaoke, darts can be made and the drinks are all you can eat! Hood is also the best with volume! I want to use it again!

貸切パーティーで使わせてもらいましたが、打ち合わせの段階から最悪の対応でした。最初に間違った値段を伝えられて、パーティー数日前に値段を上げられそうになりました。しかし、こちらも粘って向こうはシブシブと元の値段に戻すという… イベント当日もサービスは最悪で、コース/食べ放題にも関わらず、出された食事を全て食べきるまで次のコースメニューが出てこないという訳の分からないシステム… 結構みんなで頑張って全部食べましたが、時間の関係などもあり、おかげでタッカルビなどコースに入っていたはずのなのに食べられない品もありました。 ドリンクのラストオーダーは知らせもなく急にストップ。 一部禁煙とも聞いていましたが、隣のカラオケルームからタバコの煙が全て流れてきて店中タバコの煙が蔓延してました。窓もありません。 その上、店員さんたちは責任を全て幹事の子に押し付けようとして接客を一切しようとしませんでした。 それでも、せめて最後には気持ち良く帰りたいと思いこちらからお礼の挨拶をしましたが、無視されました。

☆色々ありましたがお店の責任者の方に親切に対応して頂きました。こちらの話を真剣に聞いて頂き、納得の行く対応をして頂きました。どうもありがとうございました! 誕生日パーティーで予約しました。ストレスばかりでした。 1. 最初に電話で確認した値段から+500円と後日言われました。こちらはお店側のミスと確認できたので払わずすみましたが、22名のパーティーの幹事としてはストレスでした。 2. 看板が違う。 お店は「チーズホリック渋谷店」予約したのに看板は「BAZOOKA」。貸し切りパーティーは「BAZOOKA」として営業してるそうです。友達がたまたま渋谷にいてレストランの場所を確認しに行ってくれたから知った事です。22名全員迷うとこでした。 3. 写真と実際のお店の雰囲気がぜんぜん違う。雰囲気が悪いとは言いませんが、写真で見たワイン&チーズバルのようなオシャレな雰囲気ではありません。 4. 一部禁煙と書いてあるけど、正直関係ないくらい煙い。隣の部屋がカラオケルームで、そちらの煙が全てこちらに流れてきてると言っていいほどでした。因みに私達の部屋では誰一人タバコを吸ってませんでした。まるで喫煙所での食事。 5. 出された品を食べきらないと次を出さないと言われみんなに頑張って食べてもらう。食事は食べれるレベル。 6. ドリンクのラストオーダーはお知らせがない。バーで友達が頼もうとして断られて初めて知る。確かに入店直後に定員さんが幹事の私にラストオーダーの話をしてましたが、「幹事さんから皆さんに伝えて下さい」や「ラストオーダーのお知らせはこちらからはしません」など言われてません。 7. お食事のラストオーダーを幹事の私だけに聞いてくる。22名参加してます。さすがにみんなが何をどれだけ食べたいかなど知りません。「みんなに聞いてもらえますか?」ってお願いしてやっと各テーブルに聞きに行ってくれました。 8. お支払いの問題。人数が多いのでカード払いをお願いしたら「基本現金払いなんですけど。。」と困った表情。基本って何? Hot Pepperではカード利用可って書いてましたけど? もめるストレスが嫌だったのでみんながチーズフォンデュを食べてる間私が一人で現金を集めて計算。 9. 二人しか定員さんがいないのはきっと大変だったと思います。でもキッチンの方は本当に最悪。忙しそうでイライラしてる雰囲気。大人数連れてきてゴメンね? って言いたくなるような対応。参加した友達も同じような事を感じてたようです。帰りにみんな「ありがとうございました」って言ってるのに無表情だったり、目を合わせず無視。 そちらのルールに従い、みんな文句言わずパーティーに参加してたのにこの対応は本当に最低だと思います。友達は私にストレスがかからないようにサポートしてくれましたが、幹事としてはみんなに気を使わせたり嫌な思いをさせてしまったのが一番のストレスでした。 幸い夫が久しぶりに友達に会えて楽しんでくれたので良かったです。

Good if you like to overpay for bad food. In Japan, you can easily get great food for around ¥2,000 - 3,000. This place cost more than that (almost ¥4000) and the food was not good. Is it the first time they made fondue or did they just get the cheapest kind? It never melted....then it burnt and smelled like plastic. I was scared to eat it...and the frozen broccoli never thawed. I'm not a picky eater, but this was easily the worst meal I've had in Japan. The waiter was rude, suddenly stopped serving drinks even though we still had plenty of time left and refuse to bring more food until EVERYTHING had been eaten from EVERY plate on EVERY table. Not even joking. Do you see pictures on their web page? LIES!!! It looked NOTHING like them. We were clearly bamboozled by Bazooka. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. We played it cool because our friend carefully organized this party and we wanted to have a good time with her. However, this place should be avoided at all costs.

Terrible place. This is one of the worst restaurants I've been to in Japan. The problems started from the reservation. They tried to change the price after reserving and my friend had to fight to get the price they originally promised. We still ended up paying almost ¥4,000. They were rude, and the food was especially horrible. The fondue was cold and the thin layer of cheese never melted. And how can you make bad fried chicken? They also suddenly said that the 2 hour nomihodai was over without any warning or last order...after only 1 hour and 20 minutes! We were all sad and disappointed.....and it really smelled bad inside. We all tried not to argue because we wanted our friends to have a good time, but this place was the worst. In any other country I would definitely have demanded some of my money back. That's how bad it was. AND They didn't have any decorations. Just the WORST.
