なかなかタイミングが合わずやっと訪問できました。特製中華そば¥1000と炙りチャーシューご飯¥300をいただきました。地元でこんなにハイレベルなラーメンが食べれるようになって驚きと感激です。次回は限定メニューかつけ麺を食べてみたいです。

特製中華 大盛り を頂いてきました 11時開店で10時15分頃に到着祭日もあってか15人位並んでました 万人受けする旨いスープ 具材にはしっかり味が染み込んでいました 麺もスープによく絡み 久々に当たりに出会った気に成りました ご馳走様でした! 2021 8月再訪 3年ぶりに頂いて来ました! 入口でアルコール消毒して入店 特製中華 1000円 大盛100円 相変わらず美味い! 1口目でニヤリとしてしまいました 香りも良いし スープと麺がよく絡む 付け合せのチャーシュー メンマ 焼き海苔 煮卵 スープを邪魔しない味加減をしつつ融合している気がします 流石です! 人それぞれ 味の好みだと思いますが 秋田市のとんぼ庵さん(池袋店のお弟子様)は 付け合せの味が濃く感じます 付け合せを食べるとスープが薄く感じてしまって後半少し飽きる気がします。

以前から気になっていたお店です。 入店と同時に元気な気持ちのよい挨拶をして頂けます。 特製中華そば1000円を頂きました。 並と中が無料で選べますが、並を選択。 スープは適度な脂分、魚介風味も加わった美味しいスープです。麺は太めで食感良く、チャーシューは柔らかな肩ロース等が5枚、味玉は浸透圧で黄身が半分位ゼリー状になったもので少し塩味強め。メンマもよい味です。他に海苔2枚と葱が乗ります。 お店も綺麗でコロナ対策も施されてました。 失礼ながら羽後町でこれほど洗練されたラーメンを頂けるとは思いませんでした。 東京の人気店が地元で開業したようで、秋田市のとんぼ庵の店主さんもかつて師事していたとあれば、なるほど納得。 写真の特製中華そばは、チャーシューの間に黄色い具か何かがあるように見えますが、スープに天井の照明が映り込んでしまったためです。 後日再訪。チャーシューメン1000円を頂きました。 味は特製中華そばと同じです。チャーシューが7枚に増えた代わりに味玉が無く、海苔が1枚になります。 チャーシューは肩ロース以外の部位(モモ?)もあるようです。 後日再訪。特製ネギ南蛮ラーメン1150円を頂きました。 特製中華そばに辣油や黒胡椒等で味付けされたネギ南蛮が乗ってます。特製中華そば同様美味しいですけど、やや黒胡椒が支配的かな。 更に再訪。 冷やし肉煮干しそばの中800円を頂きました。 煮干しの香るタレに冷たい麺、豚バラの薄切り肉、辣油の効いた葱とすりおろし生姜、メンマ、刻み海苔、ゴマ等が乗ります。麺は冷やしてあるのでコシがあります。割りと和風に寄せたピリ辛冷しゃぶ麺という感じで、完食しました。

食券制です。2021/08/01現在、コロナ対策でメニューは中華そば系と冷やし肉煮干しそばだけのようです。特製中華そばは海苔、メンマ、チャーシュー、味玉の全部がトッピングされ、特製でない中華そばと差があるようです。一番人気は中華そば系のようで、私が行った時は特製を頼んでいる方が多かった印象です。また、麺は中盛りが無料でした。私は特製中華そば中盛りをオーダー。麺量は結構ありました。ツルツルもちもちでおいしい麺です。スープは若干油が多くコッテリでしたが、以外とスルスルいきました。自家製辛味も頼みましたが、玉ねぎもあり、パンチがあっておいしいかったですね。で、味ですが、魚介系でおいしいですが、スープ、チャーシュー、味玉は少ししょっぱい。スープの完飲は40代の私は無理です。総合的にはおいしい熱々でいただきましたが、塩分が気になりました。

吹雪のなか向かった信太そばが臨時休業、さてどうしたものかと思案していた時、かなり前に友人から勧められていたラーメン屋の事を思い出した。何度か前は通っている。その度に行列が出来ていたのを記憶していたが、流石にこんな日に行列はなかった。 席に空きはあったがまだ整理されておらずしばし風除室で待機、食券を買うシステムらしいが入口付近に券売機もメニューも無く、中に呼ばれてから奥の方で買うのだが、そもそもメニューが無いのでその場で迷う事になる。 とりあえず味噌ラーメンと中華そばの中盛りをそれぞれ注文。味噌ラーメンは極太麺でモッチモチ、麺だけ食べてみた時は失敗したかと思ったが、モヤシと一緒に食べると、濃い目のスープを和らげてくれて、食感も抜群で何と旨い事。チャーシューも2種類入っておりどっちも美味しいし、半熟卵もトロトロで言う事なし、最後は濃いと思ってたスープまで飲み干す勢いでした。 嫁さんの頼んだ中華そばは、もう来なくていいかなと言うほどにスープが濃過ぎて、最後までしょっぱかった様だ。 味噌はクセになりそうな美味しさだったんだけどなー。
