t	tom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の接客態度が酷かったです。混んでるわけでもないのに面倒くさいのかイライラしていたのかわかりませんが、かなり無愛想でした。会員クーポンを使いたく伝えたのに、なぜかこちらが聞くまで店舗コードを教えてくれず。他店舗では壁などに表示してあったり、ない場合はポップなどを見せながら対応してくれるのに、対応した店員はとても早口で伝えてきました。聞き取れなくて聞き返すもなんだか面倒くさそうでした。すでにその時点で不快でしたが、そのあとポップスクープ？の小さいサイズだけ取り分け用の器に別にのせてほしいことを伝えると『できません』の一点張り。他の味と混ざってしまうと子供が嫌がるし、そもそもなぜ対応不可なのでしょうか？上にのせる手間と何が違うのでしょう。まぁそれが会社の方針だとしたら、店舗単位の問題ではないので仕方ないですが、もう少し伝え方があると思います。ようは接客態度の問題です。要望に応えられない理由の説明とすみませんの一言があるだけで同じ事を伝えるにしても印象が違います。 The customer service attitude of the clerk was terrible.
