M	Megan McClory on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second hair cut here and wonderful once again! Not only is the salon beautiful, but Ai is super helpful and very good at what she does. I'm never entirely sure what I want to do with my hair, but Ai is always up for the challenge! I've loved both cuts so far and looking forward to coming back next time I'm in Japan.

The staff all spoke English (highly-recommend for foreigners living in Tokyo) and are very welcoming! I had Ai as my hairstylist and she was very professional, friendly and warm! She took into consideration what I was looking for in a new hairstyle, and also took consideration of what I was concerned about (if the hairstyle would suit my face shape, if the color for the highlights would suit my skin tone, etc.). We spent a total of 4 hours on my hair (didn't realize it was that long until I actually counted!) but there were no uncomfortable nor awkward moments with her. I loved what she did to my hair and my co-workers feel the same way, haha! The most surprising thing about this salon is that it is cheaper than what I expected. Their service is superb, and I honestly think paying more for the whole experience wouldn't be an issue. :) Thank you for the lovely and veeeery relaxing time. I will surely come back and recommend this salon to my expat friends who are also living in Tokyo. :)

She spoke great English and it was very easy to communicate. My previous hair colouring experiences had botched my hair, but Ai had the perfect solution and was able to revamp the entire look. I loved the outcome and the service overall was outstanding. She made sure I was comfortable, offerred me tea and created a relaxing atmosphere. Thanks again Ai for the amazing experience! ✨

Ai-san was very friendly and easy to communicate with (since she speaks both Japanese & English). We discussed on what I want to do with my hair via email & on the day of visit. I needed a treatment for my frizzy hair so Ai-san recommended a suitable hair treatment and my hair felt instant moist and shinier (it has been a week now and my hair is still shiny and moist) Thank you for the recommendation & service, Ai-san. See you at the next appointment then.

All staff can speak good English and they have professional experience working abroad so they are used to working all types of hair. I always have my haircut, color, highlights and hair spa done by Ai as I am one of her regulars. Her colleagues would sometimes pitch in to help dry my hair as my thick hair takes forever to dry :))
A	Alex Beaton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful salon with friendly staff. My hair stylist was Ai, who speaks English wonderfully, so it was very easy to communicate just what I had wanted with her. I was recommended Ai because she knows Westerners' hair very well and I was so happy with the layers she gave me. As for the salon itself, it is very relaxing, bright and has a very comforting natural organic aesthetic. I also really enjoyed the head spa, which left my hair feeling incredibly soft and silky for days afterward, even after washing and conditioning with my regular shampoo and conditioner at home. I would definitely recommend visiting this salon!
