★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HOT PEPPERのオンラインで予約しました。備考欄に要望を書きましたが、全く無視されました。店の雰囲気や料理はいいのに、このような対応は残念でなりません。HOT PEPPERにもコメント残しましたが、反応なしです。繁盛店ともなると、仕方ないのでしょうか。
I made a reservation online at HOT PEPPER. I wrote a request in the remarks column, but it was completely ignored. The atmosphere and food of the restaurant are good, but this kind of response is unfortunate. I left a comment on HOT PEPPER, but there was no response. 3階建の可愛らしい一軒家バルです。1階はカウンターBARも楽しめて、初めての方、お一人さまでも居心地よく楽しめそうです。３階は小人数、女子会ができるフロアーになっています。窓側のソファー席は友人、カップルでゆっくりお食事とワインで愉しむことができる席です。

This time, we took a street view shot.
It is a lovely 3-story house bar. You can also enjoy the counter BAR on the 1st floor, so even beginners and even one person can enjoy it comfortably. The 3rd floor is a floor where small groups and girls-only gatherings can be held. The sofa seats on the window side are seats where friends and couples can relax and enjoy meals and wine.

店員さんはとても接客はよかったです！
ただ一人でいっぱいいっぱいな顔で働いてた姿を見て一人で対応するには大変で可哀想な気がします。1フロアに2人は必要なのでは。。
It was delicious but raclette cheese and grilled vegetables were honestly 1580 yen, and I felt that the price was high.
The store clerk was very good at serving customers!
I feel that it is hard and sad to see myself working with a full face alone and to handle it alone. Two people are needed on one floor. .
