む	むーさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アクアパッツァが美味しかった。その日はタラを使ったものだと聞いたので、タラで1100円はちょっと高くない？と思ったが中まで日が通るか通らないかの絶妙な火の通し加減や味付けは見事だった。トマトソースのパスタは一見するとトマトソースとは思えないがドライトマトでベースの味がつけられてしっかりトマトソースだった。好き嫌いは分かれそうだけど腕は確かな店でした。ただ飲み放題とはいえワインが食前酒ならともかく食中酒前提なのに甘ったるいのはいただけないので星-1 2回目は感動的なアクアパッツァから2週間後。ローストビーフと海老のガーリックオイル。アルゼンチン赤海老は苦手だけど口に運ぶ。。が、あの60円エビがここまで旨くなるとは！！くらいに美味かった。ローストビーフもトリュフオイルがローソンのパクリくさかったけど美味しかった。相変わらず味付けと火の通し加減はいい。ただオペレーションは4ミスと飲食店ならいただけない。（料理来てないのに飲みホラスト以上の酷すぎるミスも1個あった。）料理のおかげで次がギリギリギリあるレベル。 The aqua pazza was delicious.
