★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 重厚な木のドアを開けると、中にオーセンティックなバーがあります。とても大人の雰囲気です。席数が少ないため、いつも混んでいます。
バーテンさんにオススメのカクテルを聞いたところ、「東京駅」というオリジナルカクテルだと言ってました。サイドカーに似た、さっぱりとしたとても美味しいカクテルです。
グレンモーレンジのハイボールも頼みましたが、グラスが小さくてしょぼかったです。これでは香りを十分に楽しめません。残念です。
また、もう少しバーテンさんには笑顔が欲しかったです。

When I asked the bartender about the recommended cocktail, he said it was an original cocktail called "Tokyo Station". A refreshing and very delicious cocktail that resembles a sidecar.
I also ordered a Glenmorangie highball, but the glass was small and shabby. This is not enough to enjoy the scent. I'm sorry.

でも、タイミングが悪いとてもにぎやかと言うか店内が騒がしすぎることもあります。東京駅という立地の関係でしょうかね？ お店の作りやメニューはオーセンティックですが 時にはカジュアルなパブの様な雰囲気です。
私はここで食事はしませんが 食事メニューも充実していて 呑みにきているというより食べに来ているのかな？と思われるお客さんもよく見かけます。
追記
何年ぶりか記憶が無いほど久々の訪問。
店内を見て、驚きました 既に伝説と化しているバーテンダーの杉本さんがカウンターに居ました。まだ、現役とは驚きです。おそらく御年齢は80代だと思いますが シェイカーを振る姿も、グラスに注ぐ姿も 格好良さではなく微笑ましく見えてしまう。

However, the timing may be very lively or the inside of the store may be too noisy. Is it related to the location of Tokyo Station? The shop is made and the menu is authentic, but sometimes it has a casual pub-like atmosphere.
I don't eat here, but the meal menu is also substantial, so I wonder if I'm coming to eat rather than coming to drink. I often see customers who seem to be.

It's been a long time since I haven't remembered it for the first time in years.
I was surprised to see the inside of the store. Mr. Sugimoto, a bartender who has already become a legend, was at the counter. I'm still surprised that I'm active. I think you're probably in your 80s, but the appearance of shaking the shaker and pouring it into the glass looks not cool but smiley.

バーでありますが、昼から営業していて、ランチやカフェとしても利用可能です。
期間限定で、GOHOUBI HOUR というイベントをやっていてスペシャルカクテルが飲めるとのことで行って来ました。
期間限定のカクテルは
カメリアブルーム
マウノウチレディー
トウキョウサンセット
です。
全てノンアルコールにすることもできるので、お酒が苦手が私でも大丈夫です。
選んだのは、
マウノウチ レディー
です。
マウノウチ レディーという、キュートな名前ですが、中身は、紅茶、フランボワーズリキュール、スパークリングワインです。
ノンアルコールに変えてもらいました。
出てきたのは細長いカクテルグラスで、フランボワーズの赤い色合いです。
上部の方はあわあわです。
飲んでみると、フランボワーズの甘い味わい、紅茶の香り、スパークリングのシュッとした口当たりが合わさります。
すっぱさがなく管理甘い味わいです。
