I think I should be using good beans, but maybe because it's roasted too much, only the bitterness comes out and the others are erased. It's just a bitter black water. If it's a takeout, it's only about half of the essize cup, so it's a great deal.

I	Isagi Hakurai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 穴八幡宮から早大南門通りを早大方面に少し行ったところにある古民家を改装した風の落ち着いた店構えの喫茶兼バー。縦長の店内はテーブルとカウンターで十数名程度のコンパクトな箱ですが、夜カジュアルなバーになると考えるとこのぐらいが落ち着いていて良さそうです。今回は早苗スペシャルティコーヒーとボロニアソーセージのホットサンドをいただきました。ブレンドはスペシャルティとありますが浅煎りではなく深煎りのブラジルを強く感じるどちらかというと老舗喫茶に近いブレンド。ブラジルらしいハーバルなフレーバーの中にカシスっぽさを感じます。昨今のフルーティーなコーヒーが苦手な人はこちらでしょうか。抽出は見ていませんでしたがペーパードリップの軽い質感で透明感のあるカップ。サラッとしていますがしっかりしたコクと苦味があるため何かと合わせるのがオススメです。ホットサンドはサンドイッチ用の薄切りスライスで作られており小腹が空いたときに適度なボリューム。ボロニアソーセージの薄切りのため見も蓋のなく言ってしまえば高級ハムチーズサンドなのですが、適度な塩気の美味しいサンド。コーヒーで流し込むと意外と合うのが不思議な組み合わせ。甘いものだけとは限らないですね。セット価格で920円は学生からするとやや割高かもしれませんが店舗の立地や各品の品質考えると安売りも儲けようともしない絶妙な価格設定が逆に好感が持てますね。今は色々と大変な時期ですがなんというか飲食ビジネスのバランス感や内装センスを感じる居心地良いお店でした。うまく乗り気ってほしいと思います。 A coffee shop and bar with a calm shop renovated from an old private house located a short distance from Anahachimangu Shrine to Waseda Nanmon Dori.
