スタッフの方々の雰囲気もよくて、初心者でも通いやすいです。
運動不足だし、ちょっと痩せたいな…くらいの気持ちで体験を受けて、良かったのでパーソナルのコースに申し込みました。
知識が全然なかったので、カウンセリングで具体的な目標を立てていただいて俄然やる気が出ました。
わからないことは全部聞いていますが、何度聞いても毎回丁寧に教えてくれるので感謝しています。
他に比べてパーソナルの料金がお手頃だったので、もしかしたら高いサプリの勧誘か何かがあるのかも…と初回は気を引き締めて行きましたが、全くなく、本当に親切価格なだけでした。笑
全体的にとっても親身な印象です！
