A	Ayano Yokoyama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 就活どうしよう！お先真っ暗！何したらいいの！就活エージェントは信じられない！という人はここに来ましょう。昨年の就活がうまくいかず、もう一度就活をしようと考えていたとき、ここをおすすめしてもらいました。他の就活エージェントが、利益のことしか考えていないことに嫌気がさしていたので、正直こちらも怪しいなぁと思いながら来ました。ところがどうでしょう。ここに来てから私の就活は全てが好転し始めました。ぼんやりしていた就活のイメージが、くっきりしてきて、やるべきことが見えたのです。自己分析とは自分のキャラクターを見つけ、それを自分の言葉でプレゼンできるようになること。企業は自分の優秀さではなく、どのようなキャラクターであるのかを知りたいということ。大切なのは企業名や会社規模、外資内資など関係なく、自分に合っていて気持ちよく働けるところを見つけること。去年まで自分に合っていない有名企業ばかり受けていた&そもそも自己分析が出来ておらず、自分のキャラクターを企業にプレゼンできなかったから納得のいく結果が出なかったのだと腑に落ち、自分への自信も戻ってきました。就活カフェ代表の田中さんを始め、スタッフの方々も本当に親身になってくれます。最初は厳しいことを言われるかもしれませんが、その言葉で危機感を持ち、目覚める私のような人間の方が多いでしょう。受験の時は学校で学び、塾に行きます。就活の時は就活カフェで学ぶべきです。とにかく迷える子羊は来てください。 What should I do for job hunting!
