接客対応もよかったです。
みそラーメンと餃子、あんかけもやしラーメンを食べましたが、どれも美味しかったです。
また食べに行こうと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麻婆ラーメン食べました。ちょっと辛いかもと言う事でしたが自分は全然へいきでした。
ボリュームがあって味も良いです。
年配のお店の方は人当たりもよく丁寧でよく気がつく方でしたが、アルバイトみたいな若い女性店員は塩でした。少し手に障害のある方がメニューを掴めずワタワタしているとムッとした様子でバッと取り上げていました。
お店が忙しいのは理解できますが、ホスピタリティを学ぶべきです。
I ate mapo ramen. It was a bit spicy, but I was totally hungry.
It has a lot of volume and taste.
The elderly shop was very friendly and polite, but the young female clerk like a part-time job was salt. The person with a handicap was picking up with a sickening feeling that he was sick and unable to grab the menu.
I understand that the shop is busy, but you should learn hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもは堤根の方に週一ペースで行ってるんですが、通りかかった時にたまたま見つけたので入ってみました。
お馴染みの "ばんらい製麺" の麺を違う趣向で楽しめます(^o^)
雰囲気は喫茶店みたいで、ちょっと暗めな店内です。
ココはメニュー数がとても多いです！
ごはんメニューも多く、個性が強く出ているのが "チャーハン"で、おそらくチャーシューの煮汁で味付けしてるのかなぁ･･･｡
味付けはやや濃いめで、ちょっぴりオイリーでね･･･｡
ラーメンの脇役ではなくて、どちらかと言うと "一品勝負メニュー" だね。
チャーハンの具のチャーシューは味の濃い部分を削ぎ落として、細かくほぐすか刻むかして、コンビーフ状になっていてチャーハンのごはん一粒々々に調和するようにしてあるんですよ(^o^)
油の使い方や炒め方も上手いんだと思う(^o^)
自分的にはイチオシにはちょっと惜しいラインなんですが、一度挑戦してみてください！

野菜ラーメンと餃子を頂きました〜値段も安くて美味しかったですね〜(^^)
色々と定食がありボリュームもありそうですね〜今度は定食に挑戦してみようかと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チェーン店の店ですが、店ごとにオリジナルの料理、味が有ります。ボリューム満点、どれも美味しい庶民の中華です。夏はスイカがのった冷やし中華、サマーチャンピオンがあり、冬はもつ煮も美味しいです。料理の単品から、セットまで、たくさんのメニューが有ります。杉戸店では、オリジナルブレンドした味噌ラーメン系、私は、ここの味が一番好きです。以外に塩分は少ないのか、スープ飲み干しても、あまり喉が渇きません！餃子も安くて美味しい鉄板です。

しゃきしゃきモヤシがこんもりと乗っていて、また、火で上手に炙られた野菜の旨味がスープに溶けていて美味しかったです。
こってり味噌というよりはアッサリ味噌でしたが、最後の一滴まで飲み干せる美味しいスープでした。
次は味噌スタミナラーメンに挑戦したいです。

建物は古く、入るのにやや心配でしたが、入ると地元の人たちで賑わっていました。
アルコール、体温測定、テーブル、パーティションの清掃もその都度されており、小さなお店ながら感染対策しっかりされていると思いました。
家族は生姜焼き定食と私は麻婆豆腐丼頼みました。麻婆豆腐は頼んだときに『辛いですけど大丈夫ですか？』と言われた割には比較的マイルドな方だと思いました。量も多く、女性では食べ切れないかと思いましたが、味が美味しかったのでスプーンがすすみ結局完食できました。
生姜焼きの方は好みの問題で普通と判断でした。ただボリューム満点とは言ってました。
4号線から1本入った場所ですが、お客さんが多いいのは納得しました。
