どちらがお客側なのかわからなかったです
謝罪の言葉も一言もなくお客さんに対して否定するような言葉ばかり言われ、ここでレンタルするのはもうやめようと思いました。
友達も数人レンタルすると言っていましたが全てやめると言っていました。
本当に不愉快でした。

There were no words of apology or even words that would deny the customer a word, and I thought that I would no longer rent here.
He said that he would like to rent a few friends, but he said he would stop all.
It was really unpleasant.
