★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バスの本数が減ってしまったのは今のご時世仕方ないと思う。しかし、車内が異常に寒く暖房をつけていないのはいかがなものか？最近は窓もすこししかあけておらず、外気が入ってきて冷えているわけでは無さそう…新潟駅から青山の終点までの30分、寒すぎて…電車に切り替えようと考えている。
I think it's unavoidable now that the number of buses has decreased. However, how about the inside of the car being unusually cold and not being heated? Recently, the windows have only been opened a little, so it doesn't seem that it's getting cold due to the outside air ... 30 minutes from Niigata station to the end of Aoyama, it's too cold ... I'm thinking of switching to the train.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日バス時間を問い合わせたら 間違った停留所を教えてしまいました、ということで丁寧に直ぐ電話を頂きました。若いスタッフさんでしたがこちらの方が感激してしまいました。有り難うございます。
When I inquired about the bus time the other day, I received a polite and immediate call because I told him the wrong stop. It was a young staff member, but I was more impressed. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 信号待ちをしていると、信号手前にある停留所から出発したバスに水溜まりを走られ、見事にスーツのズボンと靴に思いっきり水をかけられた。
朝から嫌な気分に・・・。
プロの運転手なら車内の乗客だけでなく、歩道等にいる人にも気遣いは必要なのではないか。
社員教育しっかりしないと。
