最初に保険について相談をしたときも「とりあえずパンフレット渡しときゃいいか」みたいな雰囲気を感じた。保険屋さんの仕事って、どのプランがどうオススメかとか、こちらの不安を聞いた上でプランを提案するとかだと思っていたけど、コチラはやっつけ仕事ですね。

When I first consulted about insurance, I felt an atmosphere like "I should give you a pamphlet for the time being." I thought that the job of an insurance company would be to propose a plan after hearing about which plan is recommended and how to recommend it, but this is a defeat job.

消費者生活センターなどに相談した方が良いのでしょうか？
