夜中に歯茎が腫れたが、朝方腫れが引いたので会社に出勤。ところが夕方腫れてきたのでネットで中央区の診療所を検索。小野歯科クリニックが営業時間が夜遅くまでやっていて助かった。 口コミはあまり良くないが、私にとっては名医だ。私は毎年(3年連続)冬になると歯茎が腫れる。それまで通院していた診療所の医者は「冬になるとバイ菌が歯茎に入り込み腫れることになる」という説明であり、抗生物質と痛止めの薬をもらっていた。しかし小野先生(?)の説明でそれは違うことがわかり、きちんとした治療を行なうことにした。わかりやすい説明で満足しているし、本当に有難いものであった。

診断・治療方針を医師に任せたい方や、時間が気にならない方には問題ないかもしれませんが個人的にはやばい以外の感想が出てこないです。 待ち時間云々はもちろんありますがもっとやばかったのが、 さらっと口の中を見て虫歯の可能性があることを指摘→レントゲン撮影までは普通でした。 素人と思って足元を見られただけかもしれませんが、その写真から治療痕などもよく確認せず「これは全部虫歯。すべて神経を抜き、洗浄する。歯磨きが悪い。親知らずも抜く。(理由説明なし)」と言われました。 これは典型的にお金儲けしか考えてないやばいヤツと思いその場で治療を中断してもらいました。 問診票に応急処置希望と書いたのにここまで患者の意向をミリ単位も汲めない医師は初めてでした。とても怖かったです。

低評価多いんですね。 確かに待ち時間長いです。 診察券には『診療75分』とありますが、 待合室で1時間→中入って1時間→会計まで15分位は覚悟してます。 空いてて1時間半位で終わる時もありますが、稀です。 たまに受付の人に、まだ呼ばれない!とクレーム入れてる方もいるようです。 治療の説明は、自ら質問してる方にはしてるのかな? 私は診て欲しい所を伝えたら、後はお任せ的な感じであまり説明なく進む印象です。 あまり細かい事考えてないからか、治療には満足してます。 むしろ他の歯医者では、痛い上に何回通っても進んでる感じがしなかったり、すぐに同じ歯が虫歯になったり(私の管理の問題もあるが)と、納得いかなかったので何ヵ所か変えた末こちらにたどり着き、だいぶ通わせてもらってます。 接客も全体的に良いと思ってます。 治療費も他とそんなに変わらないと思ってます。

予約時間が10時だったとして10時前に受付したとしても名前呼ばれて中へ通されるのが10時半。 そこから治療に入るのは11時。大袈裟じゃなく本当に毎回こんな感じで相当待たされる。 予約時間って何?こんなんで必要ある?と毎回思います。 治療中も院長と他スタッフが無線?のようなもので必要な道具や指示を受けたりしているやり取りを耳にするが、 院長の口調が威圧的で聞いていて不愉快。 水の出る器具を使用する時は平気で顔面水だらけにされ、拭き取る心遣いもなく治療の最後まで放置されたこともあり客に対しての配慮も欠如している。 また会計後に次回予約をとる時こちらの都合を聞いておいて、それは了承されず平気で翌日はいかがですか?と病院側都合の最短日時を指定してくる。 歯の根の治療で期間をあけるのは良くないと言われてしまえば納得せざるを得ないが、だったらこちらの都合を伺ってくるなと毎回苛立ちます。 総括、夜遅くまでやっている・駅近 それ以外のメリットはありませんね。

①予約制にも関わらず、必ず長時間待たされ、それに対してお詫びの言葉は一切ない。患者は待って当たり前のスタンス②この歯科にはインフォームドコンセントと言う言葉はない。説明もろくに行わず、自分の考えで治療をどんどん進めていく。③②の結果、一本の歯の治療が終わったのでしばらく行かなくていいと思ったら次回の予約を取ろうとするので理由を聞いたら、医師に確認しに行った挙句、別の歯の治療と言う。どの歯が、どういう状態かの説明なし。④これが一番酷い。医院長が1人の患者の治療中に他の席で治療中の衛生士にインカムで指示や説教をしている。この間、自分の患者は放ったらかし。手術中でもこんな感じで手術時間は長くなる。⑤治療中に息ができなくてそれを言うと何と医院長は「議論の余地はない、我慢しろ」とのたまった。苦しくないように治療するのがあんたと衛生士の仕事じゃないの? お勧めしません。
