M	Mikeneko Shibainu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年10月リーズナブルなお値段で中トロ／ホタテ／ウニ／いくら／寒ブリトロの入ったセットを楽しみました。 ANAクラウンプラザから歩いて5分ぐらいです。車は止めれるスペースがないのでホテルか別の場所に止めて歩いて行った方がいいです。お寿司のサービス提供期間も丁度いい感じです。シンプルながら丁寧な下ごしらえのあるお寿司にテンションが上がります。寒ブリの歯応えがありながらとろけるようなおいしさ、ご飯もちょうど良いシャリでご飯の美味しさと、寿司用に作った程よい固さがあり醤油に良く合います。醤油はほんのり甘さのある醤油です。ガリがすごくハマりました。ガリでご飯1杯食べれそうな甘酸っぱい美味しさがあります。イクラも弾力があり味が染み込んでいておいしい。中トロは想像通りとろける感じでした。ちょうど良い噛みごたえ、味もしっかり乗っておいます。水分も油分も抜けていないが味が凝縮した品でした。どれも5つ星に最高においしいのですがサーモンがすごく印象に残るりました。スモークサーモンのように味がダイレクトに味わえるのですが生サーモンのツルッとした舌触りは絶品です。1カン100円の商品には思えません。食べた時期も良かったと思います。弁慶がGo to キャンペーンなのか、休日だったのか非常に混雑していて本来の味が落ちて落ち込んでいたのですが、良いお寿司屋さんに巡り合えてよかったです。まだカード決済はできませんでしたので、現金を持っていくことにしましょう。 October 2020 I enjoyed the set with medium fatty tuna / scallop / sea urchin / salmon roe / cold fatty tuna at a reasonable price. The sushi that is simple yet politely prepared will give you a lot of excitement. The crunchy but melty taste of cold buri, the deliciousness of the rice with just the right amount of rice, and the moderate hardness made for sushi make it go well with soy sauce. Soy sauce is a slightly sweet soy sauce. I was really into Gari. It has a sweet and sour taste that makes you feel like you can eat a glass of rice with gari. The salmon roe is also elastic and soaked in flavor and delicious. Nakatoro was melting as I imagined. It has just the right chewy texture and a good taste. It was a product with a condensed taste, although no water or oil was removed. All of them are the best with 5 stars, but the salmon left a strong impression on me. You can taste it directly like smoked salmon, but the smooth texture of raw salmon is excellent. It doesn't seem like a 100 yen coin. I think it was a good time to eat it. Whether Benkei was a Go to campaign or a holiday, it was very crowded and the original taste was depressed, but it was nice to meet a good sushi restaurant.
