落	落合正雄 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自宅の洗濯機が使えないので、先々週から利用しています。広くて奇麗で気に入ってたのですが・・・マルチ端末機はカードの発行、チャージの他、両替機も兼ねているので、端末がバグると何も出来ません。今日(4/28)カードにチャージしようとしたら見事にバグりました。コールセンターに連絡してみると、端末が応答しないので何も出来ない、現地に担当者も派遣出来ない。で済まされました。仕方ないので小銭を用意して利用しました。洗濯物を取り出している時に清掃の方が来られたのですが、顎マスク状態(鼻口が露出)のまま作業をしていました。他に利用者が３人くらいいる中で、今のご時世如何なものかと思います。設備自体は素晴らしいのに、携わる人間が台無しにしています。改善が求められます。 I can't use my washing machine at home, so I've been using it since last week.
