お	おゆゆ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【注意喚起】利用おすすめしません。港区の他のランドリーサービス色々利用しておりますが、一番杜撰で管理のされていない店舗です。こちらの店舗ランドリーカードにチャージして利用可能なのですが、まずカードにチャージすることができません。機械には札満杯の表示。春のこの時期に数日放置してもそのような状態になることはないと思います。【かなりの日数管理もされていない状況】なのではないのでしょうか？急いでおり他の店舗に回る余裕もなかったため、仕方なく小銭で利用しようとするもここには両替機がありません。途中まで投入した時点で100円足りないことに気づき、500円玉の投入に切り替えましたが、差額分オーバーしての投入となりお釣りの返金がされるかと思いきや、それもなし。【お釣り分の返金を電話で問い合わせたところ、返金はできないとの返答】でした。加えて、お札もカードも利用できない状態であることへの謝罪もなかったです。あまりにも杜撰な対応に驚きと呆れしかありません。不快な気分になりたくない方は利用をしないほうがよいです。たかが小額ではあれど、返金対応もないのはいかがなものでしょうか？皆様気をつけてください。少し歩けば近辺には別のランドリーサービスもありますし、そちらのほうが同じ内容で安いまたはサービス内容が良いです。わざわざこちらのお店で他店より高く払う意味は本当にないです。値段帯高めに設定している分、サービスの充実を期待していましたがまったくの逆ですね。これは酷いと思います、、不愉快極まりないコインランドリーです。 [Caution] We do not recommend using it.
