バレエ整体とはどういうことをするのかな？とすごく興味があり、はじめて受けさせていただきました。先生は小さい頃からバレエをされていて、当たり前ですが姿勢がとっても綺麗で、私も先生みたいになりたいと思いました(^^) まず初めに身体を見ていただいて、身体のどこが凝っているかなどお話をしながら、私の身体にあわせて呼吸法やストレッチ、トレーニングやバレエの基礎などをわかりやすく丁寧に教えてくださいました。 90分という時間はあっという間に過ぎてしまいすごく楽しかったです！また次回も楽しみにしています。よろしくお願いします^_^
