最初は続けられるか不安でしたが、どちらも毎回分かりやすくアドバイスを頂いて続けることが出来ました！！！
終了時は始めた頃からだいぶ体型の変化があり、やって良かったとすごく思いました！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2ヶ月間お世話になりました。食事とトレーニングの正しい方法を分かりやすく教えていただきました。運動不足の私に無理のないようトレーニングしていただき、回数を重ねる毎に少しずつ体力を戻すことができました☆2ヶ月はあっという間でしたが、丁寧に教えていただいたおかげで今後も食事とトレーニングを続けていけそうです。
