毎月全くコース内容が違うということで、8月はかなり独創的なフレンチコース。 アジア各国の料理をフレンチスタイルで表現したコースは、夏の暑さに疲れた身体でも、スッと入るようにとの気配りから来たということで、各国のテイストは感じながらも、しっかりフレンチになっており、コース料理が来るたびにメニューを見ながら食べる楽しませて頂きました。 女性のシェフが手がけるフレンチ。 店内は料理にしっかりと向き合えるように、本当に真っ白。 料理を舌以外に、目と鼻、そして文章でも楽しませてくれるステキなコースで、 まだオープンして一年たっていないということですが、是非また行きたいと思うお店です。
Since the course contents are completely different every month, August is a fairly original French course. The French-style courses featuring Asian cuisines come from an attitude that even a body tired from the summer heat can enter, so you can feel the taste of each country, but you can feel French. We enjoyed eating while looking at the menu each time a course meal came. French by a female chef. The store is really white so that you can face the food. In addition to the tongue, this is a wonderful course that will entertain your eyes, nose, and sentences. It's said that it hasn't been opened for a year yet, but it's a store that I'd love to visit again.

赤坂のとても感じの良いフランス料理店。カチカチすぎない、でも記念日などにも良い感じの、白基調の明るいお店です。 女性シェフが最後ご挨拶来てくださりましたが、繊細なお料理ばかりでおいしかったのが納得な素敵なお人柄でした。3月に伺ったので春を感じさせるお野菜や春っぽい色のお料理、デザートで素敵でした(^^) ジビエもちょこちょこ!うさぎだったか鳩だったか、クセのあるものが極力クセがなく調理してくださっていたみたいです。 都心なのにギラギラしていなくて品がある居心地の良いお店でした(^^)ありがとうございました(^^)
A very nice French restaurant in Akasaka. It's not too ticky, but it's a bright white shop that feels good on anniversaries. The female chef gave us a final greeting, but it was a wonderful personality that was delicious with only delicate dishes. Since I visited in March, it was wonderful with vegetables that make you feel spring, dishes with spring-like colors, and desserts (^^) Jibie is also here and there! Whether it was a rabbit or a pigeon, it seems that something with a habit was cooked with as little habit as possible. It was a cozy shop with goods that were not glaring even though it was in the city center (^^) Thank you (^^)

どのお料理もとても美味しかったです。 アミューズとお肉料理が特に好きでした...! 記念日など、特別な日にまた行きたいです。

メニューだけ見てるとイロモノ創作料理かと思わせるが、全体を通してソースがしっかりでフレンチしてて美味しい。巷にはイノベーションや創作性掲げてるけどフレンチの基本がどっかいってる高級フレンチもどきが溢れてるけど、ここはその正反対。普通にクラシックなフレンチ作っても絶対に美味しいだろうシェフが色々と遊んでる感じ。ベースがしっかり感じられる。 あと肉料理が凄い。メインのジビエのパイ包み焼きは抜群に美味しくてコレ食べる為にまた行かなきゃと思ったくらい。 アミューズからして面白かった。3種の素材そのまんまとそれぞれのムースのヴェリーヌ仕立ての2本立て。しかもヴェリーヌがデカい。 アミューズからそんなに手を掛けてて美味しくて、更に前菜並みのボリュームでビックリ。 テーマに引っ張られ過ぎてちょっとどうかなって皿もあったけど、また別のテーマの時に試したいなと思った。 ただデザートの後のお茶菓子は、急になんかやたらトロピカルで酸っぱくて好みではなかった。コースの流れの最後はコーヒーの供に食べながら落ち着けるお菓子がいいな。 鮎とか茸とか別の季節の食材をここのシェフがどう仕上げるのか興味あるからまた行かなきゃ。
Looking only at the menu, it makes me think that it is a creative dish of Iromono, but the sauce is solid and French throughout, and it is delicious. The streets are full of high-class French cuisine, which has innovation and creativity, but the basics of French cuisine are different, but this is the exact opposite. It feels like the chef is playing around with it, which would be absolutely delicious even if you make classic French. You can feel the base firmly. And the meat dish is amazing. The main Jibie pie wrap was so delicious that I thought I had to go again to eat it. It was interesting from Amuse. Three kinds of materials, the mousse and each mousse made in Verrine. Moreover, Verrine is big. It was delicious with so much work from Amuse, and I was surprised at the volume of the appetizer. I was so overwhelmed by the theme that I had a plate, but I wanted to try it for another theme. However, the tea confectionery after the dessert was suddenly tropical and sour, and I didn't like it. At the end of the course, I like sweets that you can relax while eating with coffee. I'm curious about how the chef here will finish the ingredients of different seasons such as sweetfish and mushrooms, so I have to go again.

田中シェフの料理は素晴らしい。絵画のような音楽のような詞のようなストーリーが伝わってくる。料理は月替わりのおまかせコースのみ。テーマに沿ってよく考えらた料理が食べられます。また、ワインペアリングもリーズナブルでおすすめ!近いうちに再訪したいと思います。
Chef Tanaka's food is wonderful. It conveys a story like lyrics like music like paintings. Cooking is only a monthly Omakase course. You can eat well-thought-out dishes according to the theme. Also, wine pairing is reasonable and recommended! I would like to come back soon.

味も雰囲気もサービスもすごく良かった。 ゆったりした雰囲気の中美味しい料理を堪能できました。苦手なものにも快く対応して頂けて、安心して楽しむことができました。 ここより美味しいフランス料理のお店をまだ知りません。
The taste, atmosphere and service were very good. I was able to enjoy delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere. I was happy to respond to things I was not good at, and I was able to enjoy it with peace of mind. I still don't know of a better French restaurant than here.

Visited this fantastic French cuisine restaurant with my wife on our marriage anniversary. Everything was wonderful from cuisines, wine to service. Very glad we had such wonderful cuisines with quite fair price. Recommend for people who would like to enjoy food in a elegant environment. Will go again some day.

Excellent cozy fine dining Northern French ?? restaurant in Akasaka/Nogizaka. Well hidden and I maybe only 10 seats! High level food quality and nicely presented with good culinary techniques - would go back again ?
