Have ponzu and smoked sheep tongue. The hot water is lighter than ordinary omasum, has no odor, and has a good texture! This is delicious !! The smoked tongue is also fragrant, and every time you chew it, the taste comes out and it is delicious! After this, the Shichirin will come out, so I was advised that it would be good to roast it again. While doing so, the Shichirin arrived! There was a Genghis pot on it, and when it warmed up, it put sheep fat and vegetables on the top. I wanted to eat all the meat, so I ordered a platter of lamb, mutton, hearts, and tongue. Personally, the hearts and rum were very delicious! I ate roses as a special part, but I personally think that Hatsu had more impact. The basic lamb and mutton are also quite good, and the store manager listens to the explanations and tastes, so I thought it was a very good store. I will come to eat delicious meat again.

I am always indebted. Since I started eating meat here, I can't eat sheep from other shops. It has very little odor and is very delicious. People who have a low evaluation of taste probably don't know how to bake or are sick. I will bother you again.
