混んでいることが多いので、少し時間をずらして行くようにしてます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ せいろ大盛りは大盛りと感じさせない量の少なさ。蕎麦湯提供のタイミングはOK。オープンキッチンにありがちな「ガチャラー」※ がいないのは美点ですが、もう少し見られていることを意識した所作をされたほうがいいでしょう。
※ガチャラー：レストランで食器や什器をガチャガチャ大きな音を立てて扱う者を指すmenehuneの造語。特にアイランドキッチンでこれをやられると、カウンターに座る客はうるさくて敵わない。

仕方なく、妻とろろ蕎麦を私はミニ天丼と蕎麦のセットを注文。蕎麦もミニでした?。
蕎麦は普通に美味しいです。トロロは、マンマで
蕎麦汁に入れると汁が無くなります。3回ほど大声をだして、蕎麦湯を頼みました。女性バイト店員が無言でテーブルに置いて行きました...忙しいのはわかるけどね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 写真は天丼と蕎麦のセットど2000円程度。成人男性が食べてもボリュームが多いなと感じる程度。天丼も美味しいのですがなにより蕎麦が素晴らしく美味しいのです。麺の食感と控えめな味で風味が強い麺つゆ。食べるならざる蕎麦おすすめいたします❗コロナ禍でも頑張って営業してくれてて嬉しかったです。

ランチのセットメニューは天ぷらと蕎麦のセットで1,300円弱。
天麩羅は揚げ上がりが軽く、お昼に戴くには丁度良いと思いました。
蕎麦も硬めの食感で美味しかったと思います。
問題は接客。
態度が悪いとは思いませんが、気付きが無く、所作が雑に感じました。
小上がりに案内しただけでお茶やお手拭きを出さないのはどうかと思います。要求したらすぐに持って来て頂けましたが、小上がりに膝だけついてお茶やおしぼりをテーブルに置き、あとはお客さんにお願いでしたので、雑に扱われている印象を持ちました。
注文もなかなか取りに来られないのでこちらから呼ぶしかありませんでした。
配膳や下膳の所作も雑です。下膳の際に(恐らく)蕎麦のつけ汁を靴の中にこぼされました。慌てて拭きながら詫びられたので事後対応は悪くなかったのですが、そもそもこういう事が起きる事が問題です。
商品力はあると思うのに、大変勿体ないという印象です。

I was able to bring it as soon as I requested it, but I had the impression that it was being handled roughly because I put tea and hand towels on the table with only my knees on my knees and asked the customers to do the rest.
I couldn't come to pick up my order, so I had to call from here.
Serving and lower dishes are also miscellaneous. Soba soup was (probably) spilled into the shoes during the lower set. I was apologized while wiping it in a hurry, so the post-incident response was not bad, but the problem is that this kind of thing happens in the first place.
I think it has product power, but I have the impression that it is very wasteful.
