Y	Yama Da on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで住んでいたシェアハウスの中から一番不満のあるところです。まずは、ビル自体あが古すぎて、上の階と下の階から様々な騒音が聞こえます。家で歩いたら全室聴こえます。一階のレストランも夜中1時まで大笑い声が聞こえます。駐輪場の自転車は勝手に動かされたり、今でも在住している人にシェアの洗濯機から洗濯物を取られたりしたこともあります。管理費を払わせるが、実際掃除しに来た日は少なかったです。本当は2週に1回掃除に来るはずと聞いたが、ある時期半年間も掃除しに来なくなったです。少し潔癖症なんですから、親友は定期的に来て一緒に掃除してくれてたんですが、この田中産業の責任者が現れて「このシェアハウスは部外者立入禁止だから今度見かけたら、同居者費用として家賃に追加します。」という契約をサインさせられました。そして退去した日、床に荷物が置いた小さい跡があって、それを消せなかったので敷金を返してくれなかったんです。 This is the most dissatisfied place among the share houses I have lived in. 明	明日から頑張るはずの、ごまちゃ ! on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １階にオープンした、カジュアル鉄板焼レストラン　nolaquro に行って来ました。店の前で配っていたチラシを持って行けば、￥６０００のコースが半額になると云うので行きました。グランドメニューの￥６０００コースだったのか?　チラシ用のコースだったのか？　自分には、￥３０００ぐらいのコースにしか思えませんでした?！　味はまぁまぁでしたが、夕陽ケ丘には似合わないお店だと思います！　￥６０００のコースなら、カットでもいいので、ステーキがあってもおかしく無いと思います。　表に出してるメニューが替われば、また行くかも知れません！！ I went to the casual teppanyaki restaurant nolaquro, which opened on the 1st floor.
