★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a Perfect Camping Ground facing the Sea!!!
The soothing waves while you sleep in your tent, well maintained site by Wonderfully Accomodating Owners even if we are foreigners^^ She let us use the chairs and table coz we did not bring any. ( Thank You! )
It’s a very convenient site because they have :
1. Parking is near the site
2. Bathroom and Shower space
3. Common Sink
4. Cooking space
5. Vending Machine for drinks
6. Proper disposal of garbage
Just be sure to bring your food because the nearest Convenience store is 10~km away..
Waking up seeing the sea was also very relaxing. It was a great way to reset from all the hustle and bustle of our city life ( Osaka/Hyogo )
Big Point :
They just don’t want any sounds from music, guitars, songs so if you need a quite time.. this is the perfect camping ground for you.
とっても良いキャムプでした <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to numerous campsites across honshu during my road trips. Fukui was the last of honshu to conquer.
I couldn't be more glad to have spent a night here. This may be a bit bias because the weather was perfect and there was not a speck of cloud in the sky during the sunset and throughout the night of the full moon.
Regardless of the weather, the lady there whom I think is the owner made the experience unforgettable. She didn't give off any I must or forced customer service attitude. She was genuine and I dug the vibe off the bat. The way she runs the place is exactly what I look for, no fluff, no bells or whistles, just raw outdoor experience. The fact that she only charges 800 yen should speak volume. I've been to places where they charge 5000 yen a night even without a car. I always skip those places and move on to the next site. It's probably fine for the ones who are looking for glamping, which is a perfectly fine thing.
I didn't get her name, but we had a pleasant conversation even with my limited japanese. She let me charge my phone and lent me an axe as mine got lost from falling off of my scooter during the expedition. She asked me if I had gloves for using the axe. Although I said I didn't need it, she dug through her basket to lent me them. I immediately felt she is like a cool auntie I could just stop by anytime to complain about mundane trivial things and she would always have my back. I would've paid for using the axe, but like I said like a cool aunt, she didn't even bring it up. The last thing to go over was the check out time as it wasn't mentioned during the registration, a cherry on top, she says, anytime is fine... ?
If and when I'm back in Fukui, I would go out of my way to camp here. My only concern is her fan club will only grow and thus it will get more crowded lol ?.
Happy camping/adventuring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice spot but but very disappointed that the staff dicided to ask other campers to park their motorcycle just in front of our tent entrance (3 motorbikes): unsafe, blocking the view, need to use the side door of the tent only... Very inconvenient. The camping is not very quiet either, with kids playing and shouting from 5:30am. Maybe we were just unlucky... Other than that the place would be nice but overall I am disappointed and I will not come back here again.
