遅いだけならまだしも、女性店員の対応は上から目線で腹が立つ。
清掃業者か何かを雇って管理しているんだろうが、管理がずさん。
暮らす上で上記内容が気にならない方は、至極普通な不動産だろう。
I live in a property managed here, but the response is slow one by one.
If it's just late, the female clerk's response is angry from the top.
I suppose I hire a cleaner or something to manage it, but the management is sloppy.
If you don't mind the above contents when you live, it's a very ordinary real estate.

車庫証明もスムーズに取れました。周辺リポートもあるし、メールの返事も早く、好感持てた。某不動産屋とは雲泥の差。
It feels old, but the work is polite and serious.
I got the garage certificate smoothly. There was a report from the surrounding area, and the reply to the email was quick, which I liked. The difference with a certain real estate agent.

何かあっても対応しない。
電話対応も全くなってないです。
入居して何かあっても対応してもらわなくていいならいいですが正確さを求めるならお勧めしません。
This real estate is left alone after moving in.
I will not respond even if something happens.
There is no telephone support at all.
It's okay if you move in and don't have to deal with anything, but I don't recommend it if you want accuracy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場の契約で訪問したんだけど入店してすぐに手前にいる女性スタッフさんが笑顔で挨拶をしてくれて気分よし。会社の教育が徹底しているのか育ちが良いのかわかりませんが嫌なイメージがありません。帰る時も担当者のUさんが丁寧に頭を下げ見送ってくれました。今度は引っ越しする時に利用しようと思う。
I visited with a parking lot contract, but the female staff in front of me immediately after entering the store smiled and greeted me, which made me feel good. I don't know if the company is well educated or well-bred, but I don't have an unpleasant image. When I returned, Mr. U, who was in charge, politely bowed my head and saw me off. I will use it when I move.
