その他の費用も一切値引きはなく、ガイドラインに沿ってないと言うと契約しなくてもいいですという態度でかなり強気です。
同じ物件でも他社と相見積を取ると全然価格が違い、他社は安くしてくれました。
この店は物件の紹介等の対応はいいが、安く借りたい人には向きません。
あと連絡はめちゃくちゃ遅いです。
