t	tak tik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの店舗で2度施術を受けた者です。 1回目の接客はとても素晴らしかったです。結果も目に見えて素晴らしく、スタッフの方もフレンドリーながらも礼儀正しくホスピタリティに感激しましたが、長期の契約はせずに先日2回目の施術に伺いました。契約をしなかったからでしょうか、、とても丁寧とは言えない、接客をしていただき大変不愉快でした。フレンドリーが売りなのかもしれませんが、、お客様はお友達ではありません。。敬語が正しく使えなかったとしても気持ちで見せてくれる誠意があればまだしもそれすらも感じられない発言の数々でした。初回の印象が良かっただけに大変残念です、、技術以外の接客の研修に言葉遣いや心構えの部分があるのだとすればその時だけ、抜け落ちてしまったのでしょうか。 2度目の印象が良ければ継続も考えましたが、気持ちよく感謝の気持ちで通いたいので断念いたします。私自身もお客様からお金をいただきお仕事をする身として反面教師として良い学びとなりました。プロフェッショナルとして尊敬されるとはどういう事なのか自分自身に問いかける良い機会をいただき、大変感謝しております。有難う御座いました。 This is a person who has been treated twice at this store. (My bad for not checking the price first)
