港区エリアに特化していて周辺知識も豊富で、内見の際も物件内だけでなく環境も含めいろいろなことを教えていただきました。
ご担当の山﨑様も、物件探しから契約に至るまで終始こちら側に寄り添ったご対応で、正直ここまで親身になって下さる不動産屋さんは他にないと思いました。こちらから少しご無理を申し上げてしまったこともありましたが、結果的にこちらの要望が叶うように動いてくださり、本当に感謝しております。また機会があればお願いさせていただきたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

希望に叶う物件がなく、しかし１ヶ月以内に引っ越さなければならない状況の中、譲れない点、妥協できる点を明確に判断してアドバイスして頂き部屋を決めることができました。
初日に水漏れがあり、工事より部屋を変えたいという希望を2日後に間に合わせてくれました。法人契約後だったので手続きもとても大変だったことと思います。ですが、家族の不安を第一に考え短時間で解決してくれました。
