So check their website beforehand to know what flowers are growing in the season. Their restaurant also have the best view! You should try it

I think in night time it's will be more beautiful with stars.! Hanasajiki also in one of the most famous for sightseeing and photo hunting. Try it and enjoy it.! I came here again after 5 months and there not much flower are blooming. So, I think it's better to come on spring or summer day. Because more variety of flowers are blooming.

If you take bus and stop in Higashiura IC, you need to take a 1,9km walk through uphill jungle. Going there in summer with bus is not a good choice. Taxi is better. There were not much variants of flower either when summer. But it offers a beautiful view of sea, the city, and akashi bridge.
