築３年で目に見えるところに外壁のひび割れや、屋根が欠けがあります。直射日光があたるところは劣化も早い。よくあることなので、雨漏りが心配なら全面塗装や屋根の張り替えをすればとあしらわれました。
AVANTIAの家は、日当たりの良い場所は築３年でひび割れてくるのが当たり前だそうです。
１０年後は家が崩壊してないか心配です。

In AVANTIA's house, it is natural that a sunny place will crack after 3 years of construction.
I'm worried that my house will collapse in 10 years.

新築から壁紙の浮きが色々な箇所ででたり、いろいろな部材が歪んで取り付けられてたり、疲れました。特に壁紙の浮きは気温や湿度により収まる所があるので補修の時にでてなかったり、そもそも補修したところがまた浮いたりしていたちごっこです。
引き渡しから2年過ぎてしまい有料になったとたんに、クロスの浮きは完全にはなくならない。やるなら総張り替えで下地の処理もしないといけないので高額になります。生活に支障はないので気にしないのがいちばんですけど、わざわざ高額な張り替え費用を出しますかと笑って言われました。
正直ここで建てた全員が同じだとは思いませんが、私はここを選んだことを後悔しています。

As soon as two years have passed since the delivery and the fee was charged, the float of the cloth does not disappear completely. If you do it, it will be expensive because you have to re-cover the groundwork and process the groundwork. It doesn't hinder my life, so it's best not to worry about it, but I was laughed and asked if I would bother to pay a high replacement cost.
To be honest, I don't think everyone who built it here is the same, but I regret choosing it.
