★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冬用タイヤ買いに行きましたが、11月の終わりっていうこともあるのか雑に扱われました。
まず笑顔が無い。ため息も多い。客を見た目で判断しているのか最初から、安いタイヤはこれしかないですって2つだけ紹介され終わりました。
ふざけているのかと思いました。
たしかに年齢は若いですが買う気も失せます
もう行きません、イエローハッドの女性店員さんはオートバックスの100倍優しく、見積もりまでしてくれたのでこっちは評価1です

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パンク修理で来店したのですがタイヤを点検する前にいきなり新しいタイヤの見積書を持ってくる始末。こんなに客の要望を無視した車屋が令和の時代にあるのかと驚きました。
タイヤの購入を断るとやっと点検を開始したのはいいが釘がトレッド面に斜めに刺さっているので修理できないとのこと。おまけに点検料として1100円請求してくる始末。
何を考えているのか？店員の対応を不審に思い後日ディーラーに持っていくと普通に修理出来るとのこと。今回は勉強代だと思い1100円払いましたがもう二度と行くことはないでしょう。パンク修理で行くと修理できるにもかかわらず車の知識があまりない人は騙されてタイヤを買わされることになるのでみなさんお気を付け下さい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アプリクーポン使えるのに、Tカードがないと使えないと言われ通常のバーコードにもどされてしまいました。
他のオートバックスは普通に10%引き使えましたが、レジの女性がめんどくさそうな感じが伝わってきましたね。
