★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッドレスタイヤを購入しましたが、
・希望のホイールを取り寄せられるかわかった時点で連絡してと言ったのに店に届いてから連絡が来る
・タイヤ交換工賃込みで見積もりを出すのに商品が届いた時点で一ヶ月は空いている時間がなく交換できないなどと言い出す
・結局タイヤだけ引き取りに行くと今ならたまたまエンジニアの手が空いているので交換できますと半笑い
10万を超える買い物でこんな適当な対応をされたのは初めてです
エンジニアの方は手際もよく、爽やかに対応していただけました
 I bought studless tires,
・ I told you to contact me when I knew that I could get the wheel I wanted, but I got it from the store
・ If you receive a quotation including the tire replacement fee, you will not be able to replace it because there is no free time for one month when the product arrives.
・ In the end, if I go to pick up only the tires, it happens that the engineer's hands are empty so I can exchange it half a laugh
It's the first time I've done such an appropriate response for over 100,000 purchases.
The engineer was very efficient and was able to respond freshly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話予約で初めて12か月点検して頂きました。
ディーラーよりはるかに安価で、もちろんステッカーは更新され点検簿もついてきます。
最後にトルクレンチでのナット締めも目の前でやってもらえました。
点検自身や予約時の電話の応対は良かったのですが、来店時に驚いたのは
「今日一日のお預かりになっていますがよろしいですか？」と言われたことでした。
予約時に必要時間を確認して2～3時間であること、希望の曜日で（代車はないけれど）空いているといわれた日時で予約したのにです。
「代車もなしで何時になるかわからないということですか？」と問うと、どうもそうらしいのです。
そこで電話予約時に応対した方の名前を出したところ、確認してもらえてMaxの3時間後までにはしますということになりました。
予約応対者の名前を覚えていなかったらどうなっていたのかわかりません。
実際に掛かった時間は2時間でしたが、今後の予約は躊躇します。

I don't know what happened if I didn't remember the name of the reservation agent.
Actually, it took 2 hours, but I will hesitate to make a future reservation.

入り口の段差が高いので、車高の低い車はキツい

こんなお店なら早く利用していたら良かった（笑）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもオイル交換や車検などで利用させていただいています、今回はフロントガラスが飛び石でひびが入ってしまったので車検をうけた際、付いてくる補償で低価格で直すことができました、とてもいい補償なのは当たり前ですが、面倒な手続きなど嫌な顔もせずとても丁寧に説明、対応していただきありがたかったです。
そして店の従業員の方、全員の教育が成され素晴らしいお店だと思いました。
