他府県から引っ越して車のバルブが切れたので買いによったのですがメチャクチャ親切で丁寧。
同じオートバックスでもこんなに違うの？？？
本当にオートバックス？？？
と思いました。
鳥取の他のオートバックスはまだ行った事はないですが少なくともここは素晴らしい！！！
ちょっと感動しました。

でも、お一人様一個だったので残念。
まとめてもっと買いたかった。

ディーラー車検に通る程度でも対応してもらえません。駐車場での簡単な施工も断られました。そういった車好きには酷な店です。
技術面では以前知人が装飾品の取り付けを依頼したのですが、配線の雑さにディーラーの方が驚いてました。
自社オリジナル製品では、たまたまかもですが、ワイパーゴムの寿命の短さに驚きました。値段相応のようです。
接客では、店員が自社製品を酷評できる正直さがあり、ある意味では誠実だと感じました。
売り場では香水の豊富な品揃えは良いところだと思います。
