1.店員さんの態度が悪い。
呼んでも来ないことが多々あります。
仮に来たとしても、止めも面倒そうな対応をされます。
2.作業もかなり雑。
車の後方用ドラレコをつけてもらったら留め具を止めずに作業終了されていて大変驚きました。
トランクを開けたら本来止まってるべき内装が外れてトランクの中に散らばってました。 また、前のドラレコの位置も確認せずに設置されたので、180×2のタイプなのですが、助っ席側に設置された影響で、運転席側がバックミラーに隠れて一切見えないという事をされました。
ちなみに、多摩境店だと、取り付け前に確認するらしいです。
また、位置移動でお金を取られて二度手間りなりました。
という事で、多摩境店の方がいいです。
〜まとめ〜
多摩店に行くなら、多摩境店に行くべきです。
オートバックスアプリも、多摩境店をお気に入りにしたら沢山クーポンが届くようになりました。
店舗の名前は似てますが、運営管轄が違う様です。
という事で、多摩店ではなく、多摩境店を心底おすすめします。

By the way, at the Tamasakai store, it seems to be checked before installation.
Also, it was troublesome twice because I was taken money by moving the position.
So, the Tamasakai store is better.

探知機取り付けにお邪魔させて頂きました。お昼に来て18時のピット作業との事で１日に２度来店w
RXちゃんはODBⅡ接続でも、連携確認とれて無いらしいけど、してしまいたしたw
まぁとりあえず動いてくれて、安全ドライブできれば良いのです♪
しかし、店舗リニューアルとの事で、品数も減ってスッキリですね。

車の不具合の原因がわからないので見てもらい、バッテリー交換・タイヤ交換・車体内部の点検、メンテナンスを勧められ全て行った。
またエンジンがかからなかったので来訪したところ、発電機の不具合と言われた。
車に詳しくないから提案された作業を全て行ったが、店側としては「提案したけど最後に判断したのはお客さんでしょ」とのこと。
(適当な提案するから責任は自分で取ってねってアホか)
物品購入だけにとどめることを勧めます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッドレスとアルミの購入で利用しました。店舗に行く前に他店や違うカー用品店に電話して価格を聞いたら、多摩店さんが一番電話対応もよく安かったので来店しました。対応してくれた店員さんもかなり感じが良かった。他店のオートバックスさんの電話対応が最悪だった中多摩店さんは良かったです。中古買取のセコハンも入っていてお店も駐車場も広いです。

適合サイズの確認にピットが空かないとできないから一時間かかると言われたり、交換費用も適合バッテリーがどれだったのかも一切案内がないまま作業スタートしたりと驚きの連続です。他の方も口コミに書かれてますが接客のクオリティが超低いです。
モノの購入程度なら問題ないですが(カウンターの人は良心的です)作業が絡む内容なら正直オススメできません。
これからは違うとこいきます。
