★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員は、親切丁寧な対応で、気持ち良い。また、メインテナンス等での待ち時間に対応したスペースも有り、店内を見たりスペースで過ごしたりと時間潰しもしやすい。近くに、マック等の飲食店もあり比較的、便利な場所にある。道を挟んで、車検等を行う所も備え、便利。
因みに、大船でパンクや故障などで、JAFを呼ぶと、このオートバックスへ運搬、対応をしてくれます。

メカニックのお兄さん達はハキハキしていてヤル気を感じて、親切で、、といいとこ尽くめなのですが、マニュアルで定められた商品を勧めてきます。
社員だから仕方ないですよね。
でも、ついうっかり「ハブコーティング」を頼んでしまったら、ブレーキのフィールが変わってしまったよ。コーティング剤がローターについたんじゃないかな？
数日経ったらフィーリングが戻ったからクレームとかはつけなかったよ。
そういう訳で星3つ
It's an ordinary shop.
The mechanic's older brothers are cheerful, feel sick, and kind, but they recommend the products specified in the manual.
It can't be helped because it's an employee.
But if I just asked for a "hub coating", the brake feel would change. I think the coating agent got on the rotor.
After a few days, the feeling returned, so I didn't make any complaints.
