何度か利用させて頂いてますが、 レジ担当の女性は毎回感じが悪いですね。ピットの方は良い方もいらっしゃるので、残念です。 少し会話するだけで面倒くさそくな嫌な顔されると感じが悪いです。接客としていかがなものかと。レジの女性は髪長で後ろで束ねている方でした。悲しくなりました。

レジカウンターの接客がヒドい。 人の話を聞いてない。 指摘してら、言い訳が最初で謝罪は無し。 買ってきた商品は、マジックテープを 固定している糸が切れている。 使用出来ません。 この店舗特有の問題なのか? 2度と行かない。

今回車を買い替えたので色々揃え直す為に行ったのだけど、暫く行ってなかった為商品の陳列の場所が色々変わってたので店員さんに聞いたところ、色々聞いたけど解り易くその場まで丁寧に案内してくれ、車まで来て色々教えて貰えた。良い買い物が出来て満足した。

ピットのスタッフは優秀だが、一部かなり対応が悪い人もいる。 店内スタッフは長年働いている人ほど対応がひどい。外国人スタッフは頑張っているがちゃんとした店舗教育が受けられていないのかイレギュラーなことへの対応ができない。 また非常にミスが多い店。 エンジンルームの中に取り外した部品を装着せずそのままエンジンルームのくぼみにおきっぱなしになっていたのと部品も外しっぱなし。 写真ものせておきます。 いつか事故を起こす店。 間違いなく近くのイエローハットに行ったほうが良い。 追記:会員だったこともありその後オイル交換にったがレジの受付に嘘をつかれた 一番安いエンジンオイルをお願いしたのに、別の高いものが一番安いといってきた。 対応が怪しかったので店内を見ると、1500円程度安いものがあった。 そのことを店員に確認すると悪びれる様子もなくスルーしようとしていた。
