★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急な修理依頼だったが、作業の詳細、それらの必要性、納期の設定まで、納得が行くまで真摯に説明してくれた。引渡しの際も、行った作業を的確に説明してくれた。車両設計で食ってる人間から見てそう感じたので、間違い無いと思う。よくある、必要の無い”修理”の押し売りや、無駄に高い部品を勧める、などの無作法もなかった。ただ、工場にたどり着くまでの道がわかりにくいのが玉に瑕だ。
Although it was a sudden repair request, he explained the details of the work, the necessity of them, the setting of the delivery date, and sincerely until he was satisfied. He also explained exactly what he did during the delivery. I think that's right because I felt that from the perspective of people who were eating in vehicle design. There was no rudeness, such as the frequent sale of unnecessary “repair” and the recommendation of useless parts. However, it is hard to understand how to get to the factory.

対応が悪すぎる。
初めて車検に出したら傷ついて戻ってきた。そちらが付けた傷なのに知らないみたいな感じの対応で感じが悪い。
直して貰ったけど手抜き感が凄すぎる。
車内も掃除してくれたけど傷が多々ある。
点検表すら書いてくれない。
ちゃんとやってくれてるのか疑うレベル！
ナンバープレートも傷付いてるし、フレームも壊されて部品が取れてしまった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の人もコメントしていましたが、とにかく道がわかりにくいです。混んでる道の途中を180度カーブして車１台やっと通れる農道のような道に入って行きましたが、落ちたら車が横転してしまうような道でした。渋滞させて何度か切り返してやっと入れる細い農道です。
塗装が浮いていたので直してもらおうと思っていましたが、「うちではできませんね」と言われました。
直してあげようという気が無いのか、やる気が無いのか、技術力が無いのか…。どれかはわかりませんが高い保険の修理費で経営しているだけの業者のようです。保険で直すなら信頼出来る業者にしたいですね。
