接客担当は良い人ばかりだけど人が少ないのか、土日だと少し待たされるし、無線で応援呼んでも誰も来ないのが残念

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 基本的に良い応対をしてくれる。車両のデッドニング作業などをしていただいてリーズナブルだった。ただ、以前高いオイルを注文したときに、間違ったオイルを入れられたことがあった。指摘したあと、全量交換せずに途中から注文した銘柄に戻したことがあって激怒したことがある。スタッフによる対応がまちまちなので★は中間の3つ。

After pointing out, I have been angry that I have returned to the brand that I ordered from the middle without exchanging the entire amount. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オイル交換はアプリ予約がおすすめと言う事で、予約して行ったのに作業にかかるまで15分位待たされ、作業に15分位かかりトータル30分ちょい。たまたまタイミングが悪かったのか、予約しても結局それなりに時間はかかるみたいです。
