メンテナンスパックに入っているので毎回お得に車検を受けられる点は良いですが、やはり満足度はディーラーとは比にならないほど劣りますね。
ただ、車を売る時は売る側も必死なので色々良くしていただきましたが、問い合わせ等の電話にも気持ち良く対応していただきたいものですね。非常に残念です。

It's good that you can get a good car inspection every time because it is included in the maintenance pack, but the satisfaction level is still inferior to that of the dealer.
However, when selling a car, the seller is desperate, so I asked him to make various improvements, but I would like him to respond comfortably to phone calls such as inquiries. It is very disappointing.

内装も綺麗で待ち時間も不快にならず過ごしやすい空間でとてもよかったです。
車検も丁寧に全て説明していただけて時間もそうかからず終えることができました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドリームでスタッドレスタイヤ新替で購入したんですが、事前の電話では、車をドリームで購入した人は、タイヤ新替時の装着は無料ときいていたのに、清算時きっちり料金に入ってました。
車への装着が有料なら自力で交換するのに。タイヤは安く購入できても詐欺られた気分です。
I bought a new studless tire at Dream, but on the phone in advance, the person who bought the car at Dream said that it was free to install when the tire was replaced, but it was included in the price exactly at the time of liquidation. ..
If you pay to install it in your car, you can replace it by yourself. Even if you can buy tires cheaply, it feels like a scam.

良いお店だし、安心して車検を任せられるお店だと思っております。
待ってる間も無料で飲み物を頂けるし、テレビもあるし、くつろげます。
ちゃんと感染対策として除去ウエットティッシュもありましたよ。
車検作業も早いし、しっかりとした整備士さんが点検してくれているし、説明もきっちりしてくれます。
執拗にセールスもしないし、何かと満点のお店です。
