★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話で部品交換の工賃を聞いたところ、レジ（？）の人がピットに確認してくれ1万しない位との回答。ちなみに車検が近く、たまたま複数で見積もりする結果となったのだが、その部品の他店の交換料金はコバ〇ク 約1万円 エネオ〇 約1.5万円 近所の車屋さん 9千円だった。
そして後日、店舗に行ってレジに居たスタッフに同じことを聞いてみると1.5万とのこと。その時点で電話で聞いた額と違うので無いと思ったが、よくよく確認すると片側の金額で両側だと3万円と言われ呆れてしまった。
ただ店舗に置いてる商品は他で買うより安いものも有ったので、良い部分もあるとは思う。

By the way, the car inspection was near, and it happened that multiple estimates were made, but the replacement fee for the parts at other stores was about 10,000 yen for Kobaku, about 15,000 yen for Eneo, and 9,000 yen for a nearby car shop.
Later, when I went to the store and asked the staff at the cash register about the same thing, it was 15,000. At that time, I thought it wasn't different from the amount I heard on the phone, but when I checked it carefully, I was surprised to hear that the amount on one side was 30,000 yen on both sides.
However, some of the products in the store are cheaper than buying them elsewhere, so I think there are some good points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タイヤがパンクしてタイヤ交換して頂きましたが、普通に料金を支払い完了。その後家に帰ってから「パンク修理の保証書」を発見して電話したら、嫌な顔（声？）ひとつせずに気持ちよく低価格（1,000円）交換して頂けました。さらに期待以上の対応もして頂いたので、今後も車の事はオートバックスさんに頼もうと思いました。

After that, when I got home, I found a "flat tire repair warranty card" and called, and I was able to exchange it comfortably at a low price (1,000 yen) without a disgusting face (voice?). In addition, I received more support than I expected, so I decided to continue to rely on AUTOBACS for the car.

When coming from Fuchu, the right lane is good. The left lane will be a lane dedicated to turning left just before the store and will disappear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 甲州街道沿いにあるのですが、歩道スペースがないため、日中は駐車場から出るのが怖い。交通量が多くて車出しにくい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not very large for an auto store by American standards but it does the job. The staff have been friendly and helpful on every occasion my wife and I have gone in. I appreciate that there is no upsell or try to get you to do any extra services if you chose to have your vehicle worked on there.
The only downside is because it is smaller they don't always have the part you need available and it's not necessarily same day pick up if they have to order it. For example my cars air filter was going to take five days to come in.
