★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三鷹スーパーオートバックスと比べて、なんかホームセンターみたいな雰囲気に期待しなく、バッテリー交換のピットサービスを受けたところ、やたらと時間がかかった。しかし、アイドリングストップの学習機能を復活させる作業で店の周りを回って、作動確認までしてくれていた。もちろんメモリー保護のためバックアップ電源を供給してバッテリー交換をしたはずで、作業後、設定は変わっていなかった。期待していたより丁寧だった。工賃込みでディーラーの1/3程度の予算で済んだ。やっつけ仕事の三鷹オートバックスより、きめ細かいため、リピートしたくなった。メカニックさんありがとう。追記しますと、ピット（作業スペース）が半屋外の多くのカー用品店とことなり、こちらは作業場が屋内です。作業の方たちが、環境が良いところで仕事をしています。お客にとっても利点があります。車のメカ部分、室内にホコリが入らないこと、作業員さんが暑さ寒さのストレスが低いため良い仕事がサクサクできるなどメリがあります。カー用品取り付けならリピートしたいと思いました。

数回伺いましたが、店員さんもみなさん対応がすごく良くて、私の感覚が偏っているのかもしれませんが、今まで知っているカー用品屋さん独特な匂いもなく、オートバックスのイメージが変わりました。
こちらで出来るサービスが限られているそうですが、車に詳しくない私には説明も丁寧で十分なサービスでした。
平日だったからか、駐車場はガラガラで広く感じました。
2階にはキッズスペースの様なクッションがあるスペースを囲んだコンセント付きのカウンターと椅子があり、1階も2階もモニター画面と店内放送で番号を呼び出してくれます。
店舗の電話は通じにくいですが、オートバックス車検のフリーダイヤルに連絡をすると店舗から折り返しの連絡が来て、スムーズにやりとりが出来ました。
一つ気になったのは、1階のロビーのテレビの映りが少し悪かったので、直していただけると更に良いかと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他のオートバックスと違って外観も中もカフェみたいです。頻繁に行く訳では無いですがいつ行っても店員さんは皆さん親切です。最近タイヤのブレーキパッドの交換をして貰いましたが、この辺では工賃が一番安かったです。以前、ちょっとしたキズのお直しも板金修理専門のお店より安くお願いしました。同じ内容で結構違う事もあるので時間があればあちこち見積もり取ってみるものだなと思いました。

オートバックスのなかでは試験的なお店でカー用品を扱うよりは
カーライフスタイル重視だそうです。
とはいってもアウトドア系の敷地面積が店内に専用でスペースが用意されており、アウトドアブームに乗っかっている部分はありますね。
JKMやゴードンミラーの製品を揃えていますので、これを目的をされている方には良いのでしょうが
キャンプ系のブランドを目当てにしている方にはあれ？となります。
最近はルーフラックの上にコンテナを載せるのが流行っているのか
ゴードンミラー製のコンテナやトランクカーゴがたくさんラインナップされていますね。
ただ車屋が作るキャンプギアは
堅実でモノは良さそうですが
遊び心に欠けてしまっている気がします。
商品のディスプレイの仕方や
ほとんどのギアにカーキとサンドカラーしか色のラインナップがないのもその要因の１つだと思います。
