★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普段は平店に行くのが多かったけど、オイル交換に鹿島店へ。
アプリから予約して下さいって平店で言われてたので、今回は初めて鹿島店でお願いしたけど、待ってる間にモニターで自分の車が確認できてびっくり。
番号も表示されるし、店内放送もしてくれるし。
対応も全然違かった。

勤務地がお店の近くなので、日帰り車検が大丈夫か、代車サービスがあるか、費用も気になりました。
女性店員の方が優しく、チラシを差し出して、見積もりをとってから検討しては と提案がありました。作業によっては、1日で終わらないから といいます。
たしかにそうなので、後日予約することに。
安心しました。

店員さんが特に何をしてる風でもなく、電話が鳴っていても出ない。
あまりにも電話が鳴り続けているので、お客のこちらが気になってしまう。電話に出る気がないなら、呼び出し音消しておいたらいいんじゃないですかね？

先日、家内の車を車検にだしました。それは問題無しでしたが、後日ボンネットを開けてみると、クリップが1個片隅においてありました。以前のエンジンオイル交換ではボンネットステーを収める樹脂が壊されていました。この辺の技術は量販店並みかなと感じました。エンジンオイルの持込交換が可能ということでしたので、今度行ってみようと思います。
昨日、Dポイントカードを作りに行ったらレジの女性（〇田というお名前）の態度がおかしい人がいました。説明しながら、急にいなくなったりして客にどんな印象を与えているのかなどお構い無しの状態。最低な店員でした。
