★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、ｴﾝｼﾞﾝｵｲﾙの交換に伺った際、ﾚﾍﾞﾙ低下により異音が発生している事がわかりました。古い車なので、適切なｱﾄﾞﾊﾞｲｽをいただき、こまめなｵｲﾙ交換で安全に車のケアをしていく事にしました。
 The other day, when I visited to replace the engine oil, I found that abnormal noise was occurring due to the level drop. Since it is an old car, I got an appropriate advice and decided to take care of the car safely by changing the oil frequently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あまり詳細はプライバシー的に書けませんが、いつも車検やオイル交換で利用させて頂いてます。
金額は決して高くなく 説明も丁寧で分かりやすく、ストレスが溜まらない印象です。
ただ、現時点で気付いた残念点が一つ。
コロナの問題もあるんだろうけど、自動ドア付近にあった喫煙所の撤去はやり過ぎなのでは…！？
来客の全てが嫌煙者ばかりではないんだし、待ち時間のストレス緩和として喫煙者へ細やかな配慮が欲しいですね。
I can't write much details in terms of privacy, but I always use it for vehicle inspections and oil changes.
The amount of money is not high, the explanation is polite and easy to understand, and the impression is that stress does not accumulate.
However, there is one unfortunate thing I noticed at this point.
There may be a problem with the corona, but the removal of the smoking area near the automatic door is overkill ...! ??
Not all of the visitors are smokers, and I want smokers to be given careful consideration to relieve the stress of waiting time.
