★ ★ ★ ★ ★ どの割引が使えるのか理解してない店員さんが多い気がします。割引適用されてると言われたのに明細みたらされていませんでした‥1000円の為に再度お店に問い合わせるのも恥ずかしいのでここに書いておきます。その場でレシートとか明細見るのが大事ですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 軽自動車フロントライトが片側切れたので当初はバルブを買って自分で交換しょうと思いましたが、昔と違ってエンジンルーム内に指も入らないので諦めました。約3000円(税込)でバルブ(標準1本)+工賃でした。ちょっと会員なのに高いかもと思いましたが、自分でできない事を確認してから依頼したので納得です。入店から退店まで約30分。完了点検もしてくれるのでOKです。自分でほとんどの事ができた昔の車は良かったなー？
At first, I thought I would buy a bulb and replace it myself because the front light of a mini car was cut off on one side, but I gave up because I couldn't put my finger in the engine room unlike in the past. It was about 3000 yen (tax included) and it was a valve (1 standard) + wages. I thought it might be expensive even though I was a member, but I was convinced that I requested it after confirming that I could not do it myself. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オイル交換とオイルエレメント交換の予約で来店したら急に先月からオイルエレメントの持込み交換出来なくなったと断られた。オートバックスはフランチャイズ店だから各店舗で経営方針が違うらしいが本当に不親切なので御殿場店の経営者はお客様商売の基本的考え方を学んだ方がいい。因みに他の店舗は交換工賃払えばしっかり交換してくれます。オイルはオートバックスで購入するのだから普通に商売として考え方を変えないとお客様離れて行きますよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高速で水温計のランプが点灯し、高速上で煙と異臭が上がったのでクーラントがない可能性があったので、こちらの店舗に行きましたが態度が非常に悪い方がいて本当に嫌な思いをしました。運転手は2階の受付に自分は緊急で止めた理由をピットの方に説明をしようとしたら、どかせここは駐車場じゃないとどかせとキレられました。ピットで見てもらう話もあるのでと言ったらピットとは今満車だから駐車場へどかせ。そもそもここまできてるというとは動くって事だから駐車場に止めてくれればよかったんですけどねとキレられました。正直止めるのダメなら看板でも置いて明示すれば良いと思うし、態度が良くないなと思うので、ここには行かず次回は先の異なる店舗に行こうと思いました。
