いつもはイエローハットとかでタイヤ交換してましたが、次はこういった信頼できるお店でタイヤを購入したいと思いました。

修理不能の場合を考え、装着しているタイヤのメーカー系列のショップに行ったのに同一グレードはおろか前後のグレードのものも欠品で大分異なるグレードのタイヤを一本だけ着けることに(ちなみにありふれたミニバンの標準サイズです)
本当にトホホでした。
I went to repair a flat tire.
In case of irreparable repairs, I went to a shop affiliated with the manufacturer of the tires I was wearing, but not only the same grade but also the previous and next grades were out of stock, so I decided to wear only one tire of a very different grade (by the way, it is commonplace). This is the standard size of a minivan.
It was really tohoho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible! I do not speak Japanese and they did not speak English but they were very patient and we figured it out. I never felt rushed but the job was completed very quickly! The mechanics did a thorough safety inspect and found damage to another tire and rim that I was not aware of. Very kind people!!!
