★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話予約できないのはご時世にも関わらず不便だと思いました。タイヤを積んで店舗に来店した場合、多少混んでても依頼すると思います。マネジメントの方は店舗でコロナにかかったらというリスクを考えていますでしょうか?現場の方に問題あるとかではなく、しっかりとリスクマネジメントを考慮した営業して頂きたいと思います。
I thought it was inconvenient to not be able to make a phone reservation despite the times. If you come to the store with tires loaded, I think you will ask even if it is a little crowded. Do management think about the risk of getting corona at the store? I would like you to do business with risk management in mind, rather than having problems with the people in the field.
